We may decline to progress an enquiry, request further information or refer the requirement to a selected provider. Every provider applies its own eligibility, credit, fraud and affordability checks.

4. Costs and commercial relationships

You will be told about relevant costs by the provider before entering a finance agreement. Business Loan Options or an introducing party may receive commission from a finance provider following an introduction. Where required, information about the nature or amount of commission will be made available before you commit.

5. Important finance risks

Business finance must be repaid in accordance with the agreement.
Late or missed payments can affect creditworthiness and may lead to recovery action.
Security or a personal guarantee may be required, depending on the product and provider.
Refinancing may increase the total amount repaid or extend the period of indebtedness.
Some forms of business finance are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

6. Growth Guarantee Scheme information

The scheme guarantee is given to the accredited lender, not to the borrower. A borrower remains 100% liable for the debt. Scheme terms and lender participation can change, and a provider's current criteria take priority over general website information.
