How to complain
Email complaints@businessloanoptions.co.uk or use the contact page and state that your message is a complaint. Include your name, business name, contact details, what happened, when it happened and what you believe would resolve the issue. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive financial information in the first message.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the complaint, identify who should investigate it and may ask for further information. We aim to give a clear response as soon as reasonably possible, explaining the findings and any proposed action.
If another firm is involved
If the complaint concerns the conduct, decision or agreement of a lender, broker or finance provider, it may need to be handled by that firm's complaints process. We will explain this and forward information only where appropriate and permitted.
External referral rights
If the complaint concerns a regulated activity, the relevant firm's final response should explain any right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service and the applicable time limit. Eligibility depends on the complainant, activity and firm involved. We do not state that every business finance complaint is eligible.
Privacy complaints
